Baystate Health seeks a Sr. Inventory Control Analyst to manage inventory across BH locations, maintain MMIS data integrity, and lead physical inventories. You will support recalls, substitutions, and reporting to optimize asset value.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain teams, clinical leadership, and vendors to resolve stock and posting issues, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Associates degree and 7+ years in healthcare are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required with healthcare exposure preferred.
• Experience in healthcare inventory management is expected.
• Proficiency with Lawson MMIS, Excel and reporting tools required.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory counts and maintain accurate records across locations.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports for supply chain decisions.
• Collaborate to resolve stock issues, recalls, and substitutions.
• Maintain integrity of MMIS data and support month-end closings.
