Mercyhealth Harvard Hospital is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and maintain supply inventory, perform cycle counts, and process replenishment orders within our ERP system. You will work with departments and vendors to ensure availability while reducing costs and improving processes.

Qualifikationen

• One year of ordering, purchasing, inventory control and/or general accounting required.
• Must have knowledge and possess computer skills including use of standard office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Graduation from High School or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic inventory control systems/procedures required.
• Associate’s degree preferred
• CPIM or other inventory management certification preferred

• Monitor, rotate, remove and document all outdated or overstocked supplies and check for damage.
• Coordinate the annual physical inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions in ERP.
• Process replenishment requisitions and ensure timely delivery cut-offs.
• Serve as liaison between supply chain, staff and vendors.
