Job summary

Stance Health Solutions, uniting SG Homecare and Western Drug, seeks an Inventory Control Clerk to manage inbound/outbound inventory, reconciliation with Brightree, and ensure accuracy. You will handle receiving, storage, cycle counts, and reporting while supporting shipping and reverse logistics.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree or 3–5 years related experience, strong math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 3–5 years related experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and ability to recognize lot/serial numbers.
• Must read, write and comprehend English; clear communication daily.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database use.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound inventory, shipping, receiving, storage and distribution.
• Process purchase orders in Brightree and reconcile with PO data.
• Verify shipping docs: packing lists, freight bills and labels.
• Prepare inventory for shipment; shrink wrap, banding, staging.
• Load/unload deliveries; tag and stage inventory for fulfillment.
• Maintain cycle counts and 95–99% inventory accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies, serial/lot mismatches, variances.
• Process returns and oversee reverse logistics; update logs.
• Generate reports and perform data entry for inventory tracking.
• Communicate status and receipt updates to management; maintain clean workspace.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement; support safety and efficiency.
