Job summary

Core Laboratories is seeking a Sr Inventory Analyst to maintain inventory accuracy and oversee reconciliation, cycle counts, and adjustments across multiple locations. The role works closely with Logistics, Production, Compliance, and Distribution Centers to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of direct inventory control experience, with strong analytical skills and Oracle Inventory proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of direct inventory control / reconciliation experience is required.
• Experience with Oracle Inventory is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain inventory accuracy by reviewing records and transactions; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate inventory reconciliation activities, including researching variances, and directing physical counts.
• Prepare, process, and submit inventory adjustment documentation in Magazine and Oracle Inventory.
• Administer cycle count programs by scheduling counts and entering results into Oracle.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Production, Compliance, and other departments to ensure accurate inventory movements and records.
• Review Production Move Tickets and inventory transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide inventory accuracy support and training across multiple Owen locations; support audits.
