Job summary

Core Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Sr Inventory Analyst to maintain inventory accuracy across sites by reconciling records, conducting cycle counts, processing adjustments, and resolving discrepancies in Oracle Inventory.

The role collaborates with Logistics, Production, Compliance, and Distribution Centers to ensure compliant, efficient inventory operations and to support audits and system users across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of direct inventory control / reconciliation experience.
• Experience with Oracle Inventory and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain inventory accuracy by reviewing records, Oracle transactions, shipping and production data; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate inventory reconciliation activities including variances and counts.
• Prepare, process, and submit inventory adjustment documentation in Magazine and Oracle Inventory systems.
• Administer cycle count programs by scheduling counts and directing personnel.
• Collaborate with logistics, production, compliance and other departments to ensure accurate inventory movements and records.
• Review Production Move Tickets and transactions to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate issuance and transfer of inventory for projects and job orders.
• Distribute inspection documentation and maintain supporting inventory and compliance records.
• Code and approve freight invoices per procedures.
• Provide inventory accuracy support and training across multiple locations.
• Support internal audits and regulatory audits including ATF requirements.

This role works closely with Logistics, Production, Compliance, and Distribution Centers to ensure accurate inventory records, regulatory compliance, and efficient inventory operations while supporting audits, reporting, and system users across multiple locations.
