Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct experience in Inventory Control or similar role.
• Foundational knowledge of material flow and inventory management in high-tech/electronics assembly environments.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for transaction processing and data lookups; intermediate Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and basic warehouse management principles.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills for resolving discrepancies with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Tracks inventory issues and reports on physical flow and system status.
• Material Plan Execution Support: Supports tasks related to inventory control to meet the material plan targets.
• Data Integrity: Performs routine audits to verify data accuracy within the ERP/MRP system.
• Surplus Control & Support: Maintains records and supports physical inventory count to reduce non-working stock.
• Financial Reconciliation Support: Assists in balancing inventory results with financial records.
• Reporting: Aids in producing weekly reports to forecast and track inventory metrics.
