Job summary

Avanos Medical seeks a Sr Territory Manager for Interventional Pain covering Wisconsin. You will drive sales of capital and consumable pain-management products, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and expand market share in a competitive healthcare landscape.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration with regional leadership, and willingness to travel. Preferred experience includes pain management and medical device sales growth across hospital and ASC settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• At least three years of demonstrated success in medical device sales.
• Understanding of hospital/ASC buying process including the role of GPOs, IDNs, and Distributors.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including fee for service and value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, therapists, nurses and administrators.
• Optimize opportunities and generate new leads while protecting existing market share.
• Develop and maintain expertise across a range of products and platforms.
• Manage a Capital Sales Funnel and increase utilization at existing accounts.
• Drive contract management and local price negotiations.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Participate in strategic planning with Regional Manager.
• Sales positioning and in-servicing of product categories.
