In this role, you will educate surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff on clinical benefits, conduct product demos, and support trials and conversions. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop territory plans, and build strong relationships with hospital decision-makers. Collaborating closely with clinical, marketing, and support teams, you’ll leverage data, training, and consultative selling to improve patient outcomes and help hospitals reduce costs while expanding Avanos’ regional market presence.
