Boston Scientific in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Interventional Solutions Senior Clinical Specialist to advance patient care through clinical expertise, customer education and procedural support across Boston Scientific's Interventional Solutions portfolio.

In this field-based role, you will partner closely with physicians and cath lab staff to drive clinical adoption, support market development and expand utilization of coronary therapies, while ensuring compliance and high-quality patient

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years in medical device sales, healthcare or related clinical field.
BA/BS required or equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Execute regional clinical, sales and service strategies to support market growth.
Serve as primary clinical resource for case coverage, product utilization and education.
Provide procedural support during coronary interventions and advise physicians on clinical applications.
Educate customers on safe and effective use of products through presentations and hands-on training.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and cath lab personnel.
Support product launches and adoption through clinical education and training initiatives.
Identify opportunities to increase product utilization and collaborate with sales partners.
Mentor newer Clinical Specialists and assist with onboarding and field training activities.
Assist with inventory management, including consignment tracking and product returns.
Ensure timely collection and reporting of procedural and clinical documentation.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
