Job summary

NVIDIA Gruppe is seeking an experienced engineer in Santa Clara to build and optimize interposer design flows, validating rules and accelerating workflows for multi-die platforms. You will collaborate with interposer design engineers, package architects, and foundry partners to deliver production-quality solutions.

Requirements include a BS in CS/EE (or related) and 5+ years in flow development, with strong Python/C++ skills and experience applying AI/ML in engineering settings.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of flow and methodology development for interposer design at scale.
• Strong Python and/or C++ programming fundamentals and code quality practices.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques in engineering workflows and EDA environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop VLSI flows and methodologies for interposer design.
• Develop applications to enable project engineers with maintainability and ease of use.
• Create flows/tools to construct, analyze, and validate interposer designs across production stages.
• Optimize daily workflows of top interposer designers.
