Job summary

NVIDIA, a leader in AI computing, is seeking an experienced engineer to build and optimize interposer design flows and automation pipelines in a production environment.

You will work with interposer engineers, package architects, and foundry partners to deliver scalable methodologies and maintainable software, applying AI/ML techniques to improve design analysis and flow efficiency. This role is on-site in Santa Clara, CA, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), and 8 years of flow and methodology development experience for interposer design.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python and/or C++, including data structures, algorithms, OO design, and code quality practices.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques in engineering workflows—LLMs for code generation or ML-assisted design analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals relevant to VLSI interposer design (signal integrity, power delivery, parasitic extraction).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop VLSI flows and methodologies for interposer design with software that scales.
• Develop applications to enable project engineers with maintainability and ease of use.
• Create flows/tools to construct, analyze, and validate interposer designs at various production stages.
• Optimize daily workflows of top interposer designers and collaborate with engineers, architects, and foundry partners.
