Job summary

EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to manage enterprise ingress services, load balancing, DNS integration, and certificate services across cloud and virtual environments. Role emphasizes reliable traffic delivery, platform availability, and scalable operations.

You’ll work on AWS ALB/NLB, AVI, and Azure ingress, with IaC via Terraform and Git workflows, supporting on‑call and maintenance activities in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infra, and application delivery.
• Troubleshoot end‑to‑end application traffic across DNS, TLS and load balancers.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management in production.

Responsibilities

• Own ingress and edge connectivity services daily operations.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity and risk.
• Troubleshoot DNS, TLS, load balancers, routing, and delivery issues.
• Participate in on‑call, incident response, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate cross‑team efforts with cloud, network, firewall, and vendor teams.
