Job summary

EY is seeking a technically skilled Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support the operational management, availability, security, and lifecycle of enterprise application delivery and ingress services across cloud and virtualized environments.

Join EY to work on load balancing platforms, DNS, certificates, edge security controls, and automation using Terraform and Git workflows, in a hybrid, client-facing, high-availability setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infra, or edge platforms.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of DNS, TLS, load balancing, and application delivery.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management in production.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of ingress and edge connectivity services.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, certificate, and delivery issues.
• Participate in on-call support, incident response, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
