Job summary

EY is seeking an Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support the management, availability, security, and lifecycle of enterprise application delivery services across cloud and virtualized environments.

You'll oversee load balancers, DNS, certificate services, edge security controls, and automation using Terraform and Git workflows. The role emphasizes reliable traffic delivery, platform availability, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infrastructure or related platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, TLS, load balancers, and traffic routing.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management in production.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.
• Willingness for on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Own ingress and edge connectivity services operationally.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, and risk.
• Troubleshoot DNS, load balancing, TLS, and routing issues.
• Participate in on-call, incident response, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with cloud, network, firewall, WAF, and vendor teams.
