Job summary

EY is seeking a technically skilled Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise application delivery, security, and lifecycle across cloud and virtualized environments. You will own ingress platforms, DNS, certificates, and edge controls, coordinating with cloud, network, and security teams to ensure reliable, secure traffic delivery.

The role emphasizes production support, automation via Terraform and Git, and platform standardization to improve resilience and operational visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in networking, cloud infra, or application delivery roles.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of DNS, TLS, load balancers, and cloud networking.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross‑team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day administration and ownership of ingress/edge services.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity, and risk.
• Troubleshoot routing, certificate, and delivery issues across multi‑cloud.
• Participate in on‑call, incident response, and maintenance windows.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, firewall, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
