Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking an International Trade Compliance Analyst – Level 4 to manage comprehensive export and import controls, ensuring compliance with ITAR and EAR across global activities. The role supports regulatory trade strategies in collaboration with law, engineering, and product teams.

The position requires a U.S. Government Secret clearance, strong knowledge of export controls, and experience delivering training to licensing personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6 years – OR – PhD with 4 years of professional experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations and related compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal export/import controls to ensure regulatory compliance with USG regulations.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of ITAR/EAR regulations for complex scenarios.
• Prepare, submit and obtain export/import authorizations, permits, and certifications.
• Maintain trade compliance records and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop authorization strategies and licenses.
• Mentor junior Analysts on export regulations and processes.
• Develop and deliver export licensing training and program updates.
