Northrop Grumman is seeking a seasoned Global Trade Compliance leader to manage a team responsible for ITAR/EAR compliance and export license processing. The role supports the Weapons Integration & Mission Solutions Business Unit and requires guiding staff, coordinating with legal, and ensuring adherence to export controls.

The position emphasizes leadership, regulatory interpretation, and proactive risk management, with travel as needed and a focus on process improvement across global trade

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Proficiency with ITAR and EAR regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and apply changes to procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).

Responsabilités

• Manages a team of Global Trade professionals.
• Oversees transactional compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations and license processing.
• Prepares export authorization packages when required.
• Drives accountability via metrics and training initiatives.
• Advises on regulatory requirements and leads implementation.
