Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in international mobility, global relocation, or expatriate management.
• Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Amazon lead for international assignment cases from pre-offer to closure.
• Advise on relocation, tax, benefits, and cross-border compliance for assignment feasibility.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth handling of complex cases and approvals.
• Respond to policy questions and provide judgment for non-standard situations.
