Amentum is seeking a seasoned Global Mobility leader to design and implement mobility strategies worldwide. You will partner with HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver competitive relocation and immigration solutions, while managing cost and compliance.

The role requires extensive mobility experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments to support talent deployment globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 10+ years of Global Mobility experience.
• Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures for work permits, visas and relocations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, initiate and implement overall Global Mobility strategy and philosophy.
• Assess mobility programs and market trends to deliver competitive employee experiences.
• Direct planning, development, implementation, and budgeting for global mobility programs.
• Manage external vendor relationships to deliver benefits while controlling costs.
• Consult with HR and leadership on mobility issues (immigration/relocation/tax).
• Improve mobility programs and processes with creative solutions.
• Assist employees and managers with mobility issues related to immigration and taxation.
• Innovate policies to maximize program effectiveness.
• Manage immigration programs for locations worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
