Amazon is building the Assignment Concierge Service to provide high-touch support for employees and families on international assignments. We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist II to own SOPs, reporting, and governance to ensure consistent service across three regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency navigating SOPs and knowledge bases; strong documentation skills.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience managing service providers and vendors; cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain SOPs, workflow docs, templates, and knowledge resources for three regions.
• Manage and improve case management platform configuration, AI tool integration, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead governance cadences with global calibration sessions and monthly reviews.
• Maintain vendor relationships with Relocation, Tax, Immigration; monitor service delivery and improvements.
• Define ROI measurement, produce leadership reports, connect case outcomes to business value.
