Job summary

Front is the customer operations platform connecting teams, tools, and conversations for B2B. This role defines how we build and run internal software, sets the reference architecture, and owns the security requirements across internal tools.

You will partner with product engineering to extend production-grade patterns to internal systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable platforms for GTM, Data, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Established platform, DevOps, or infrastructure practice.
• Hands-on production infra in a major cloud.
• Infrastructure as code at scale (Terraform/Pulumi/CFN).
• Own CI/CD pipelines end to end, with tests and gates.
• Strong Python or Go for automation and tooling.
• Security-focused cloud config and least-privilege design.
• Clear written communication and risk explanation.

Responsibilities

• Define internal software standards: structure, deployment, and production-readiness.
• Inherit tooling from product engineering and extend baseline to internal systems.
• Define reference architecture and security requirements for internal tools.
• Own review bar and decision-making for deployments.
• Keep standards fresh, remove friction, and document what runs.
• Build consensus across GTM Systems, Data, Enterprise Security and Legal.
