• Typically expects 15+ years of experience in security engineering and related disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead architectural and implementation efforts across platforms and infrastructure.
• Experience owning technical direction for broad enterprise programs.
• Ability to define target states, standards, and reference architectures at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns the enterprise technical vision for platform security engineering across shared services and engineering workflows.
• Defines secure target states, patterns, standards, and control strategies across products and tech pillars.
• Shapes long‑range security direction balancing risk, scalability, and developer experience.
• Leads complex security decisions spanning platform security, lifecycle controls, and risk reduction.
• Partners with senior leaders to align roadmaps, investment priorities, and enterprise design direction.
• Establishes reusable guardrails and automation adopted broadly across the org.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and operating models to guide security strategy.
• Mentors senior engineers and acts as a technical authority across the org.
