Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a seasoned FM/financial management professional to transform processes using analytics and automation. You will design and support data visualizations (PowerBI/Tableau) and low/no-code solutions, working with stakeholders from finance, accounting, budget, and risk management offices.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, public trust eligibility, and expertise with federal standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• Bachelor's degree
• FIVE (5) years of experience in financial management, accounting, process improvement, business transformation or related field
• Knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, Appendix A and C, the GAO Green Book, the CFO Act of 1990, FMFIA, and PIIA.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel functionality including formulas, Pivot Tables to analyze data, identify anomalies and perform trend analysis

Responsibilities

• Transform FM processes with analytics & automation—design, build, and support data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) and low/no-code solutions (SharePoint/Power Platform).
• Identify and deliver end-to-end process improvements; assess, synthesize, and implement changes.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement for solutions; analyze root causes and implement fixes.
• Embed FM standards and federal policy requirements into solution design with stakeholders.
• Create trainings, user guides, SOPs, memos, and presentations for executives and process owners.
