Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, IS or related field.
• 1 year of experience in business transformation, financial management or data analytics.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly and lead client-facing discussions.
• Experience with project management best practices and teamwork.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
• Assist implementing Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Power BI, Office tools and SharePoint.
• Identify process improvements and use technology to improve financial management.
• Assess current-state processes and recommend future-state solutions.
• Help create project plans and ensure realistic timelines are communicated.
• Provide regular project updates to executive clients and align with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to embed financial management standards.
