Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years in internal/corporate communications or content marketing.
• Strong portfolio in video production, graphic design, and storytelling.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating executive communications and employee-focused content.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, intranet platforms.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage company-wide employee communication campaigns.
• Communicate organizational priorities and change initiatives with executives.
• Develop content for intranet, newsletters, town halls, leadership communications, and engagement programs.
• Measure communication effectiveness through analytics and feedback.
• Concept, script, film, and edit internal video content; produce executive messages and culture stories.
• Develop motion graphics and short-form video content for digital channels.
• Manage video production workflows from pre- to post-production.
• Design presentations, infographics, digital signage, and branding assets; ensure brand consistency.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and partner with HR and leadership.
