Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism or English.
• 4 years of internal communications experience with strong writing and content management.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Newton, MA; willingness to commute.
• No visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support development of content strategy aligned to business goals, mission and culture.
• Create and manage Monday Memo back-end submissions and targeted emails.
• Assist in staff meetings with introduction and master decks, plus on-site tech support.
• Develop editorial calendars for Bright Horizons News, Monday Memos and newsletters.
• Monitor the internal communications calendar and distribute key updates daily.
• Contribute to and proofread internal vehicles; oversee AI-assisted content practices.
• Draft and edit messages to ensure clarity, branding and consistency.
• Collect stories and design communications plans for publishing.
