BMI, based in New York, is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead strategy across intranet and other channels. You will partner with Human Resources, DEI, senior leadership, and internal teams to deliver compelling written and visual content that aligns with BMI's mission and culture.

You will also craft external content for BMI.com, manage a quarterly newsletter, and oversee freelance writers while maintaining brand standards and crisis support as needed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of internal/external communications experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and AP style proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute internal communications program with HR and other departments.
• Own BMI's intranet — plan, write, produce, and post content daily/weekly.
• Create high-quality content across web, email, video, social, and events.
• Support Annual Report research, writing, and proofreading.
• Write content for BMI.com to promote BMI-affiliated songwriters and composers.
• Curate and manage a quarterly BMI.com newsletter.
• Manage freelance writers and assign articles.
• Build relationships with internal clients to execute integrated plans.
• Track effectiveness and report on best practices; support crisis comms.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and internal policies.
• Champion BMI's Core Values and diversity/inclusion.
