The hybrid role requires in-person work at the Newton, MA headquarters and collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism or English.
• 4 years of internal communications experience with a strong writing focus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid role at Newton, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content to support business strategies, goals, mission and values.
• Create and manage internal newsletters, email memos, and video content for IC channels.
• Build and maintain editorial calendars for Bright NOW, newsletters, and digital signage.
• Monitor IC calendars and track content across channels; incorporate AI and social media best practices.
• Draft, review and edit messages to ensure clarity, on-brand and accurate communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to source stories and design communication plans.
