Motive is seeking an Internal Communications Lead (individual contributor) to shape how we inform, align, and inspire employees across the company. This role owns the internal narrative, cadence, and messaging that translates strategy into clear, memorable communications.

You'll lead flagship moments like All Hands, evolve multi-channel storytelling, and partner with executives to sharpen voice and presence across internal channels.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of internal, corporate, or executive communications experience.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills with ability to translate complex priorities into clear messaging.
• Experience producing All Hands and executive forums from planning to delivery.
• Experience supporting crisis, issues, or change communications with Legal and Corporate Communications.

Aufgaben

• Lead Motive's internal communications program strategy and cadence to inform, align, and inspire employees.
• Own planning, narrative, and production for All Hands and company-wide forums.
• Develop and grow internal video communications capabilities and multi-channel distribution.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to sharpen voice and ensure internal messaging aligns with external communications.
• Establish feedback mechanisms (surveys, pulse checks) to measure sentiment and improve programs.
