Wonderful Agency in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Internal Communications to lead strategic corporate messaging, engage employees, and support executive communications. You will manage intranet initiatives, craft content, and collaborate across Automation/Ai, EHS, Sales, and brand teams.

The role reports to the Director, Internal Communications and will supervise a junior team member. This fast-paced, high-visibility role requires strong writing, project management, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field.
• Fluency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
• Familiarity with AP style and internal communications tools (Cerkl, Staffbase, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for enterprise-wide initiatives, including intranet rollout and awards efforts.
• Support internal stakeholders with communications across multiple teams and functions.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, newsletters, talking points, FAQs, and intranet articles.
• Coordinate seasonal events to boost workplace culture and engagement.
• Research industry trends to identify opportunities for awards and rankings.
• Assist in crisis communications with clear, concise messaging.
