Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Communications Contractor to partner with the Sr. Manager, Communications, supporting internal employee communications and priorities across the ICAC division.

You will design and develop creative content and imagery for meetings and the intranet, write and edit the ICAC Weekly Business Update, and produce PowerPoint slides and videos for internal channels. Strong writing is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with intranet content creation, photography, videography, graphic design, or PowerPoint slides.
• Writing is most important.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative content and imagery for meetings and internal communication channels.
• Write, edit, and curate content for the ICAC Weekly Business Update.
• Create content for the ICAC intranet site.
• Create and edit PowerPoint slides and iPad videos – if skill set allows.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop the right content for internal communication channels.
• Provide logistical support, coordination of resources, and organization of assets.
