Job summary

Cboe Global Markets in Chicago seeks an Internal Communications Senior Specialist to write and edit articles for the intranet, internal newsletters and emails, using Cboe’s voice and style. You’ll support the Internal Communications Manager and collaborate with design to deliver engaging content for our global associate base.

You will manage an editorial calendar, track metrics, and produce quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing or related field.
Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing or finance.
Team player who collaborates across departments and sources ideas from others.

Responsibilities

Write and edit articles for intranet, internal newsletters and associate emails using Cboe's voice and style.
Disseminate communications internally via company-wide emails and newsletters.
Proofread newsletters, web posts, press releases, presentations and other materials.
Maintain a central repository of communication content and ensure it stays current.
Update and manage the internal communications editorial calendar and project dashboard.
Analyze metrics across internal content platforms and generate quarterly reports.
Collaborate with the Design team to develop graphics for internal communications.
Work with Marketing and Communications and diverse stakeholders to deliver content to internal audiences.
Complete other tasks as needed.
