Job summary

CarGurus seeks a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to own end-to-end internal communications programs, ensuring the employee perspective drives alignment and culture. You’ll partner with People & Talent and business leaders to craft messages that land across global locations.

You will lead editorials, manage manager communications, and support company-wide events like Town Halls, while advancing our channels and analytics to improve engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related field.
• BA in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong writing with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, human communications.
• Proven success building integrated communications programs aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in digital content creation: email newsletters, intranet content, video, blog posts, podcasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated internal communications programs from strategy through delivery.
• Shape internal comms strategy for key functions and build engaging plans for audiences.
• Support change management communications for organizational initiatives and equip managers with information.
• Maintain editorial standards and a consistent voice across channels.
• Champion clear, human, and impactful communications across the company.
