Job summary

GOLFTEC Enterprises seeks an Internal Communications Specialist to lead internal communications strategy and content across the organization. You will craft emails, newsletters, videos, and presentations, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with the company’s goals and values.

You will monitor effectiveness, maintain a content calendar, and support employee engagement while helping manage crisis communications and internal tools to keep communications

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Excellent writing and editing skills required.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience creating and delivering content (email, newsletters, intranet, videos, presentations).
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the org.
• Knowledge of internal communications best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategy and tactics.
• Create and deliver internal content (email updates, newsletters, videos, presentations).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with company goals.
• Monitor, measure and improve the effectiveness of internal communications using feedback and data.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely communications.
• Promote employee engagement and foster positive culture.
• Assist with crisis communications and keep employees informed.
• Manage internal communication tools and platforms and keep them up-to-date.
