Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking an Employee Experience & Internal Communications Specialist to lead global internal communications for the Product & Tech Communications team. You will own channels, town halls, and leadership messaging to help employees understand changes and stay engaged.

You’ll translate complex technology and business topics into clear, credible stories, collaborate with senior leaders and HR, and shape two-way dialogue across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8 years of overall experience.
• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience owning intranet/Hub, newsletters, and town halls.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to shape executive communications.
• Strong editorial standards and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear messages.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications across channels to inform and engage global employees.
• Create and manage editorial calendars aligned to priorities and milestones.
• Tailor messages for diverse regions, roles, and time zones.
• Write, edit, and refine high-quality internal content with consistent voice.
• Translate technical topics into engaging stories without losing accuracy.
• Lead end-to-end content for global town halls, including scripts and slides.
• Collaborate with leaders to shape messages and enable two-way dialogue.
• Provide creative direction for campaigns and visuals.
• Maintain governance and consistent voice across regions.
• Use feedback and metrics to improve communication effectiveness.
