Stellantis North America is seeking an Employee Experience & Internal Communications Specialist to lead internal communications for a global employee community. You’ll own channels like Hub, newsletters, and town halls, translating complex tech topics into clear messages and creating two‑way forums for dialogue across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of overall experience.
• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Proven experience owning internal channels (intranet/Hub, newsletters, leadership emails, town halls).
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal channels (Hub, newsletters, leader emails, town halls) to inform, engage, and connect employees.
• Build and manage editorial calendars aligned to priorities and milestones.
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging employee stories while maintaining accuracy.
• Lead end‑to‑end town hall content (story arc, scripts, slides, takeaways) and two‑way dialogue opportunities.
• Provide creative direction for campaigns and visual storytelling; ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Partner with HR/People and leaders to align messaging, timing and employee impact.
