Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Associate, Internal Communications to support high-visibility corporate communications initiatives. You will craft engaging content, manage internal channels, and align messaging across IT, Facilities, HR, and other functions.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, reporting to the Manager, Internal Communications, with a hybrid schedule in-office Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in agency or corporate internal communications, change management, culture, or PR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, English or related field.
• Fluency with Microsoft 365, Adobe, Canva; familiarity with Cerkl/Staffbase/SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Spanish language skills a plus; interest in agriculture/real estate/CPG.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread employee communications (emails, newsletters, intranet).
• Support enterprise initiatives and intranet rollout with project management.
• Coordinate calendars and manage Cerkl email platform trainings.
• Collaborate with HR, events, research, talent acquisition, philanthropy, and legal teams.
• Provide executive communications support and stakeholder guidance.
