The Manager, Performance Creative Strategy will own the full creative lifecycle, architecting a scalable pipeline and testing framework for our peri-menopause program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in performance creative strategy, growth marketing, or creative strategy at a DTC brand, healthtech company, or high-growth agency.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our patients through reviews, surveys, and forums to develop messaging and creative angles.
• Spot emerging formats, viral hooks, and ad trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
• Build and manage a streamlined system for creative assets and timelines with external partners.
• Move assets from concept to live testing fast with a rapid production flywheel.
• Review paid channel performance weekly and refine winning frameworks.
