Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to lead strategy and execution across company-wide and clinical communications. You will ensure updates land clearly with frontline teams and support ongoing communications that keep the company informed and aligned.

You will partner with executive leadership, HR and clinical leaders, own the content calendar, and embed with clinical teams to shape messaging that supports a fast-paced, patient-first culture across the continental

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications or related roles,Healthcare setting preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Ability to develop messaging for diverse, fast-paced audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy for all-company and clinical communications.
• Coordinate with executives and PR to align internal/external messaging.
• Manage communications calendar and plan sequencing for initiatives.
• Embed with clinical teams, shaping messaging for frontline staff.
• Draft key messages and provide feedback on rhythms and channels.
