Qualifikationen

• Content creation and distribution across channels, including web pages, memos, promo copy, and slides.
• Advanced knowledge of communications technology and ability to guide technical staff or carry out technical work.

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies informing and engaging team members across UC San Diego Health.
• Draft and edit content for multiple internal channels and coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals.
• Distribute content via Emma and SharePoint, and execute multichannel campaigns to promote awareness and participation.
• Lead annual campaigns such as wellness and safety surveys, Improvement Excellence Awards, and Pride Month activities.
• Serve as backup managing editor for the weekly Physician/APP Update newsletter.
