Andersen Corporation seeks a seasoned Internal Communications leader to connect frontline teams with corporate priorities. You will translate complex initiatives into clear messages, driving engagement, culture, and digital literacy across multiple facilities.

Your role partners with site leadership to craft strategic storytelling, recognize achievements, and align communication platforms with enterprise priorities, including crisis and change communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
• 5+ years of internal communications experience, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
• Strong storytelling, interviewing, writing, editing, and multimedia content skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and internal communications platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications aligned with site objectives and priorities; advise operations leadership.
• Oversee and optimize intranet, digital signage, SharePoint, and multimedia tools for clear messaging.
• Translate business priorities into compelling narratives; surface authentic stories across the company.
• Lead enterprise engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and cultural events.
• Coordinate with sites and corporate teams to share best practices and enable toolkits.
• Support crisis and change communication planning for clarity and continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
