Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks an experienced internal communications leader to drive strategies across multiple facilities. You will translate complex initiatives into clear frontline communications, partnering with site leadership to align with enterprise priorities.

You will shape storytelling, interview leaders, and surface authentic stories that strengthen culture, collaboration, and employee engagement while coordinating with corporate teams on scalable communication tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal communications, ideally manufacturing/logistics/retail.
• Proven storytelling, interviewing, writing, editing, and multimedia content creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of internal comms aligned with site priorities.
• Advise operations leadership on timely, relevant communication approaches.
• Oversee intranet, digital signage, SharePoint and multimedia messaging.
• Translate priorities into compelling narratives tied to mission and goals.
• Lead enterprise engagement initiatives, including recognition programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders; support crises.
• Partner with sites and corporate teams on scalable comms toolkits.
