The role emphasizes strategic storytelling, engagement programs, and crisis communication support to ensure clarity, connection, and continuity in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of internal communications experience in manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
• Strategic storytelling, interviewing, writing, editing, and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and internal comms platforms.
• Event planning, project management, and employee engagement experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker focused on execution and inclusive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and site priorities.
• Oversee intranet, digital signage, SharePoint, and multimedia platforms for consistent messaging.
• Translate complex priorities into compelling narratives; spotlight employee stories and impact.
• Lead enterprise-aligned engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and events.
• Coordinate with sites and corporate comms, sharing best practices and toolkits.
• Support crisis and change communication planning to ensure clarity and continuity.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
