Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of internal communications experience in manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
• Strategic storytelling, interviewing, writing, editing, and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and internal comms platforms.
• Event planning, project management, and employee engagement experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker focused on execution and inclusive messaging.

Serves as a strategic advisor to operations leadership, shaping communication approaches that are timely, relevant, and tailored to the needs of a diverse frontline workforce.* Oversee and optimize communication platforms including intranet, digital signage, SharePoint, and multimedia tools to deliver consistent, inclusive, and high-impact messaging that supports employee connection and understanding* Translate complex business and operational priorities into compelling narratives, making strategic use of storytelling to connect employees to the company's mission, purpose, values and performance goals.
