Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal or executive communications, ideally in high-growth contexts.
• Proven track record producing All Hands and executive forums with clear narratives.
• Hands-on in video communications and multi-channel employee engagement programs.
• Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite leaders.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling translating complex priorities into clear messages.
• Experience with crisis, change, or sensitive communications alongside Legal.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of the internal communications program for employees.
• Lead All Hands planning, narrative development, and delivery across channels.
• Develop video communications and storytelling to communicate company priorities.
• Evolve channels, formats, and cadence beyond one-off announcements.
• Manage Slack, email, and video communications with targeted messaging.
• Draft executive messages, talking points, and briefing materials.
• Partner with Legal, Corporate Communications, and People teams on key strategies.
