Job summary

Motive is hiring an Internal Communications Lead (IC) to shape how the company informs, aligns, and inspires employees. This individual contributor will own Motive's internal narrative, partnering with executives to sharpen voice, cadence, and multi-channel storytelling across All Hands and executive moments.

• 10+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications at a high-growth company.
• Experience producing All Hands and executive forums from narrative to delivery.
• Hands-on video communications and multi-channel employee engagement programs.
• Strong executive presence and advisory writing for C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of Motive's internal communications program to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Lead All Hands planning, narrative development, and delivery for company-wide forums.
• Build Motive's internal video communications, including executive updates and milestone recaps.
• Evolve channel mix and cadence beyond one-off announcements to reach employees effectively.
• Own internal channels (Slack, email, video) and ensure precise, timely messaging across audiences.
• Draft executive communications and briefing materials for internal moments.
• Partner with Legal, Corporate Communications, and People teams on communications plans.
• Ensure internal-first alignment with external messaging where appropriate.
• Develop feedback mechanisms to measure sentiment and improve programs.
