Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of internal audit experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulations; SOX 404 testing is a plus.
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CAMS, CRCM, FRM or CFE) preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff and provide training.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the Company’s internal auditing activities.
• Interact with all levels of the organization with diplomacy.
• Lead risk-based audits and document findings with root cause analysis.
• Train and supervise junior auditors on projects.
• Draft audit reports with clear risks and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, FFIEC and related regulations.
