The candidate will review consumer and commercial loan documents, oversee staff, and coordinate with processing and legal teams to ensure accurate documentation, risk controls, and timely loan closings. Strong leadership and SBA/CRE experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Commercial real estate and SBA analysis/underwriting experience a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply superior decision making to inquiries, approvals and requests within policies.
• Ensure security, protect loans, collateral, and bank assets.
• Identify control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
