• Financial analysis experience of business or CRE investment financial statements and tax returns
• Ability to present written credit memorandums clearly and succinctly to management/board

Responsibilities

• Assist with credit presentations including financial statement spreads and cash flow analysis.
• Evaluate property, sponsorship, cash flow, and contingent liability on a deal-by-deal basis.
• Conduct site visits, meetings, and interviews with borrowers.
• Prepare file approval memorandums and validate Credit Risk Ratings.
