Qualifications

• 10+ years of interiors workplace experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize meeting deadlines and providing high quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the overall design intent is incorporated.
• Monitors the design process from conceptual phase to construction.
• Acts as team leader on certain projects and mentors junior staff.

Skills

Creative talent in conceptual design

Knowledge of design and construction methodology

Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment

Knowledge of building regulations and safety codes

Proficiency in Deltek Vision

Proficiency in MS Office

Proficiency in Revit

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture

Registered Architect with current license

LEED credential required within 12 months
